What should I do if the amount is duducted from my account but policy is not issued and a success message is shown to me on payment page?

If you see a success message on the payment page, we have received the payment. The policy will be issued and sent to your email ID immediately. Please reach out to us at hello@acko.com and share your transaction details if you don't receive the email.

In case of pending transactions, we get the transaction status from our payment gateway as soon as the pending transaction becomes successful or fails. As soon as we get a confirmation for a successful payment, our system will issue your policy. In such cases, the policy will be issued within a day. If you don't get the policy within a day, please reach out to us at hello@acko.com.
