All the policies will be made available to the person purchasing the policy and opting for insurance on our partner site. The policy document will be sent to the registered email address of the customer as provided on our partner site post purchasing the policy.

Alternatively, all purchase policies will be available on acko.com 
and can be viewed by following the below-mentioned steps:

1) Login to acko.com with the mobile number registered with our partner site.

2) From 'Claims' option on the header, select the partner name through which the policy was purchased.

3) All policies will be visible under 'My account'.

4) You can select the relevant policy and view the policy details.
