The status of the claim request will be communicated to you via email and SMS.

Also, you can also check your claim request status on acko.com through the following steps:

1. Login to acko.com with the mobile number registered with our partner site

2. Enter the OTP received on the phone

3. Select the policy in My Account to check the policy details

4. On the policy page, you would see the status trail for your claim
