Can I change my details mentioned in the policy after paying the premium?

Yes, some details can be changed or updated after the payment process, but not all details can be updated. Your health conditions declared upfront, or found out after a health check, cannot be changed after policy issuance. You can write to us at health@acko.com for such requests.
