To make a Cashless Claim, you need to visit any one of our Network Hospitals in your city. You can view Acko’s Network Hospital list here. Once you are at the hospital, you need to provide the insurance desk with your E-card and UHID number before hospitalization. Post that, bill/costs after 5% Co-pay and any deductions for Room Rent, or non-payable items, will be borne by Acko. You can get hospitalized in any hospital outside of our network too, but there won’t be any cashless settlement of claims in that case. What it means is, you will have to pay the hospital on your own and later file a Reimbursement Claim with Acko. Acko will then reimburse the amount based on standard terms and conditions.
