Please follow these steps to process your claim and get the final settlement letter:
Open the ACKO app and click on My policies and select your health policy
Mark the treatment as Done, if not already done.
Click on Upload documents and upload the required documents
Provide your bank account details and submit the request
Our team will verify your documents and settle your claim. If eligible, the additional amount will be credited to your bank account.
Note: Not uploading documents post treatment can lead to rejection of future claims.
