We approve the initial Advance Cash amount based on the estimate provided by you while raising a request. The final payable amount by ACKO to the hospital depends on the details of the treatment and your policy terms and conditions. In case your final approved amount is less than your utilised Advance Cash amount, you need to pay it back to ACKO.

Note: Non-payment of the amount can lead to rejection of future claims and blockage of your remaining sum insured.
