Deductibles are of two types. A mandatory deductible is the policy excess amount payable at the time of claim. This depends on the engine cc of the vehicle. If it is less than 1500 cc, the deductible is INR 1000 and if it is more than 1500 cc vehicle, then it is INR 2000.

Voluntary deductible is the additional fee charged at the time of claim depending on the type of plan purchased for your vehicle. For our Zero Dep Smart Saver Plan available to select users, the voluntary deductible is INR 5000 over and above the Mandatory (or standard) deductible charges.
