We‘ve begun offering insurance for Electric Vehicles.
How does it work?
- Car: Once users enter their vehicle's Registration Number,
- We identify the Electric Car using Aadrila's API
- If Aadrila's API does not identify the Electric Car, the user can go ahead and select it from the Car Selector (MMV screen).
- Bike: Available under the Bike Selector.
- Similar to the ranges for CC (Cubic Capacity) available for Petrol/Diesel/LPG engine; Electric Vehicles are ranged in kWh (kiloWatt hour) which signifies the total expendable battery capacity.
- Although the volume of Electric Vehicle sales are nascent in India - we're one of very few insurers who currently promote EV Insurance in the country.
