No. Doctor consultations, such as consulting a physician for flu, cough and cold, where hospitalization does not happen based on the consultation, are not covered under the policy since it is done on an OPD basis and this policy does not cover OPD. However, if you consult a doctor/specialist and it leads to hospitalization or surgery, then such consultation and hospitalization costs will be covered. However, it should be within the terms and conditions of the policy and not be a part of the policy's exclusions.
